Any Open Water Diver can enroll regardless of your skill level. This course helps you build confidence in navigation and deep water dives and introduces you to different diving activities such as wreck diving, night diving, underwater photography and more.

This course consist of two parts: Knowledge Development and Open Water Training Dives

Knowledge Development

Online learning makes it easy to fit scuba lessons into a busy schedule. Complete the knowledge development section of your course whenever, wherever it's convenient for you. The total eLearning time commitment is about 6-8 hours

Open Water Training Dives

For the Open Water Training Dives you'll join your instructor at the lake. There you’ll make five Adventure Dives: a deep dive (beyond 60 feet), a navigation dive, and three additional Adventure Dives to earn your certification.

There are many adventure dives to choose from, but these are a few of the more popular choices at the lake:

• Altitude Diver
• Delayed Surface Marker Buoy
• Full Face Mask
• Peak Performance Buoyancy
• Underwater Naturalist
• Wreck Diver

Prerequisites

• PADI (Junior) Open Water Diver certification (or qualifying entry-level certification from another organization)
• Minimum age is 12 years
• A Medical Questionnaire must be completed by all participants.

• Rental gear not included (except tanks)
• Some adventure dives may require purchasing or renting specialty equipment.
• Some adventure dives may also require a confined water session prior to your open water training, additional pool fees may apply.
